Bestgrip RS organizes forits parent company many track days throughout the year to develop and test its ever widening range of rapid fit screw-in studs. Widely differing weather and road conditions with different routes with different characteristics are chosen, in order to submit the studs to the most extreme stresses.Bestgrip invest heavily in the research and development of its products.

It develops the geometries in the shapes and dimensions of the studs it produces so that they are as durable as possible and work in tires with different characteristics. It also develops the base materials of steel and tungsten tips, the heat treatment and the anti-corrosion finish, so that the studs last longer and can achieve optimum grip on any road. Researchers also develop the installation tools again with a view to practicality and durability, studying new techniques so that the mounting and removal of the studs can be done easily and precisely.
